“Best salon in the south!! I was back in town visiting family and was in desperate need for a haircut and the magic touch of Keshun. It has been years since we moved away from Hattiesburg. I have been unsuccessful and have given up on finding a salon in my area who can come anywhere close to styling my hair like the ladies at Magic Hands. I have settled for doing my own hair and that is not one of my hidden talents. I forgot what my hair was capable of looking like. They are willing to share products and some tricks and tips as they genuinely care about the health of hair. I love that the end result is the same if not better than the last time I was there. “I hadn't had a cut since 2015 because I was afraid to lose any of my length. I had some damage, and finally decided to take action.

This salon was the ideal choice for me. The cost for a cut and style was a reasonable $40(more with tip of course). I didn't have to wait at all once I arrived. I felt comfortable there which is important to me since I have anxiety disorder.

Miss Tina listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and gave easy recommendations. She didn't try to sell me a bunch of products, just let me know what might work well for me if I was interested.

This mother who was and is in Louisiana misrepresented the experience and failed to include her extremely foul and inappropriate language creating a hostile experience for her daughter, the stylist, other stylists and clients, and the business owner. She embarrassed her daughter and the came to yelp to hide behind a negative review. i find it quite interesting that someone would leave such a scathing review after she demonstrated a complete lack of class complete with yelling, harassment, and profanity! Tell me, Stacey F. , do the words defamation of character and libel mean anything to you?? And is it possible that your complete disregard and dehumanization of the stylist have anything at all to do with the fact that the stylist was a woman of color?! Check your blind spots, Stacey F. There's having questions and/or concerns about any service and reducing yourself to such unhinged behavior like that you exhibited today.“
