Excellent Service! Fixed both of my dishwashers & I didn’t have to wait a week or 2 for the parts to come in because He was prepared and organized & had them in his truck before our service call! Will be using again!
This company is truly 5 star! I was having an issue with my oven and called close to 5 pm. They came that day, took the time to explain the problem and how the problem could be solved. This was not a transactional interaction. I could tell the technician was knowledgeable, competent and truly cared about his work. He made sure our oven was up and running before he left and offered tips to increase its life cycle! I recommend Bienvenu for any appliance repair!!!
I had the best experience getting my dishwasher repaired! He was very professional, helpful, and thorough. He went the extra mile to take care of anything he saw that wasn’t quite right. He gave me advice for how to take the best care of my appliance and prevent future repairs. I am so grateful we had him service it instead of replacing it at a much higher cost! Will definitely call again!
