While in transition from VA to GA, I was due for my annual cleaning exam. I happened to be visiting family in Mississippi and was referred to Dr. Barnes. My insurance was accepted without an issue, I was able to easily schedule an appointment. The office environment was clean and welcoming. The staff were very professional from from the time I arrived. While in the chair my technician and Dr. Barnes were engaging and professional. I felt welcomed and would definitely continue using her service if I were living in that area. Thank you Dr. Barnes and staff for a pleasant experience.
Dr. Barnes and her staff have always been extremely professional. I have received top level dental treatment. Dr. Barnes has always taking time to explain procedures and to answer all of my questions. I truly appreciated the COVID precautions and protocols that she put in place in her practice. I just have to give a shout out to Dr. Barnes and her amazing staff! I had an awful experience years ago at another dentist when having a tooth pulled. Since then my anxiety about dental work had been terrible. Dr. Barnes assured me she could get my tooth out with no problem. She did not lie! Today Dr. Barnes pulled a tooth and I could not have asked for a better experience. I know the tooth was out in less than a minute! Unbelievable! Thank you so much!!!
