Okay, so I called about the heat not working & I figured I'd be put on a wait list for days...they CAME OUT THE SAME DAY! The specialist was professional, fast & proficient...I mean he had everything up & running in no time. Their prices are good too. Okay, the real shocker...they even did a follow up
