They gave us excellent service. My dog had a serious medical emergency and the empathy, kindness, and thoroughness they had made a scary situation much more manageable. The care we received was reassuring. Every single person we interacted with was great, but I’d especially like to say our vet tech (who unfortunately I did not get her name, but she had blonde hair and seemed young) was one of the best I’ve ever had. Her and our vet, Dr. rossum (sp?) explained everything clearly and had a genuine interest in helping us much as they could. They have earned our trust and we will be coming here from now on.
The lady's at the front desk need retraining, have to wait almost 30 minutes to check out, and they could be more efficient with less talking, but the veterinarian and assistant wore an A+, they take care of my pets and we was out of the patient room on no time.
We’ve used all animal clinic since my childhood pets and now that we’ve moved out of state we still drive two hours to bring our 3 cats and dog to this clinic. We have never received such personal care for our babies and Dr. Frazier always greets us with a big smile and a hug. Any doctor you get is wonderful and explains everything. We could not ask for better and we will forever and always come here. Thank you to all the staff for such wonderful experiences each and every time.
