Aissa Professional Hair Braiding

The short dark skinned lady was RUDE . She didn’t want to help the other lady and I was the only person in there. She talked loudly on the phone the entire time, all in my ear when she did decide to help. I got the bohemian knotless and the hair tangled badly as I expected so I ended up cutting the curly hair out & the end of my braids were TERRIBLE in the back & on the side that the short lady was braiding . I don’t recommend them unless Aissa (the owner) is braiding .

I went in to the shop in Hattiesburg, MS a few days before my appointment and asked if they would be able to braid my hair because it is short. She said sure no problem. On September 2nd, I went in after prepping my hair at home like they asked and waited for them to get there. The lady that did my hair was deaf. She talked on the phone the whole time and sometimes I even caught her signing about me because she was pointing to my head and pulling on my hair while making noises. I did not say anything about her eating because she was standing on her feet the whole time. I sat in the chair 5 1/2 hours with no break. The stylist complained about doing my life partner's hair after the deposit was made and they went to go in. And proceeded to braid their hair so tight their hair began to break and fall out. Leaving them with a quarter sized bald spot on the top middle of their head.Service: Braids
