I searched for a tattoo shop online and ran across this shop. My cousin called over the phone to make an appointment for 3 people same day. When we got to the location we were greeted by our awesome tattoo artist Blaine. He was able to complete my finger tattoo, my cousin 2 tattoos, and her brother (1st tat). The shop is clean and we had a great time with our tattoo artist. We were able to come back in 2 days to get more tats ✅ done. Blaine did a foot tattoo for myself, a foot & cleaned up her arm tattoo. Blaine is awesome and super creative. I plan on visiting the shop again when I come in town from Vegas!!!

Best salon in the south!! I was back in town visiting family and was in desperate need for a haircut and the magic touch of Keshun. It has been years since we moved away from Hattiesburg. I have been unsuccessful and have given up on finding a salon in my area who can come anywhere close to styling my hair like the ladies at Magic Hands. I have settled for doing my own hair and that is not one of my hidden talents. I forgot what my hair was capable of looking like. They are willing to share products and some tricks and tips as they genuinely care about the health of hair. I love that the end result is the same if not better than the last time I was there. Can’t wait to schedule an appointment when I come back in town.

Absolutely love the staff here. Especially Deon who is my regular hairdresser. She takes her time and always strives to make my cut as close to perfection as possible. The price of $25 may seem steep but for the cut, shampoo,and styling I think it's a great price. Definitely recommend her for any gentlemen who want their hair done right.

Melissa got me in immediately and was the sweetest lady I have ever met. She made my nails so perfect for my wedding and was great company while getting them done. I’ve received manicures/pedicures from each of the three professionals currently here, and I’ve left satisfied every visit! I've been with Ernie as a stylist for about 12 years. I previously lived overseas and whenever I came back home, I made time to have my hair cut and colored by Ernie before heading back. Now that I've been living in Hattiesburg, he's been a constant as my stylist. He's genuinely talented in his abilities with hair color and cuts. He's also a brilliantly funny conversationalist! I always walk away with a smile after a few hours with Ernie :)
First time customer..When I tell you Ms. Dianna did her “thang”with my hair she did her “thang”. My hair is bouncy and looks so healthy with the silk press plus treatment I received. I’m 4c and it looks like I have a relaxer because I was considering going back to a relaxer but this experience has changed my mind. I also love her personality and honesty. I been got this tattoo!! But one night me and friends came there to get tattoos it was my first time getting a tattoo and they made me feel so comfortable. The tattoo was so quick and painless. I was actually shocked. I was like wait you’re done already. It did not hurt at all. It was a couple people in front of us, but it didn’t take long and he got started on me first because it was my first tattoo and I was scared lol but 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend they are the best. I will be coming back soon!
I had the best experience with a piercer I’ve ever had. Everyone was very nice, communicative, and non judgmental. The piercer was very patient and talked me through all of the steps. Everything was so easy and went so smoothly, I hadn’t even realized I’d gotten pierced! All of the jewelry options are of high quality and very reasonably priced. Definitely will be returning!
Chris is the ONLY person who I even think of letting tattoo me. He has done all 4 of my tattoos and they are phenomenal work. I did screw up one, which was my fault. He offered to touch it up for no charge. Plan on getting more when I can make it back home!! Photo is quite crappy, but he does amazing work!
My mom and I were visiting my aunt and my cousin and the 4 of us decided to get matching tattoos. We had gone by a few other tattoo shops that were by appointment only, closed, or busy. I called Hattiesburg Tattoo and they said their walk-in time was almost over, but to come in and we could go from there. KC was our tattoo artist. She was so nice and friendly! We all laughed the whole time and all of our tattoos came out really cute!!

Derez is the BEST artist! I was kind of nervous, but he was so patient and helpful and made sure to give me exactly what I wanted! I highly recommended him for anyone’s artist! He does not only do tattoos! He also does portraits, paintings, and custom cleats as well! He is so talented! If you haven’t checked out is work then what are you waiting for!!?? His work speaks for itself, but he is also a very kind and soft spoken person that is willing to go the extra mile to make sure that his clients are happy and get exactly what they have in mind! His line work, shading, and realism is phenomenal! There isn’t an artist out there that can compete with his skills!

August 6, 2024 We had a plumbing emergency post bathroom renovation. We were heartsick and defeated after I took a bath in the new tub which resulted in a wet dining room below. Today we met Shane Levis, one of the most professional, courteous and compassionate people to come to our rescue. He found ALL of the issues and fixed them without any further damage to our home and restored our faith in humanity. Would I recommend them? 10/10 hands down without hesitation.

We had a great experience working with Norman Construction.We’re new to Hattiesburg and moved into a 10 year old home last fall. Norman Construction screened in our back porch. They oversaw outside vendors, whose work they know and trust, adding electric and cable lines for new TV’s, wall and paint repair, new kitchen countertops, backsplash and appliances, and ceiling fans and new chandeliers through out our home. They are very easy to talk to and return calls promptly.We will be calling them for more home projects in the future. We highly recommend them.

I own a rental in Hattiesburg but I live out of state. My renters informed me that a pecan tree had died near the house and needed to come down. I called Berry's due to the great reviews and they called me back within a few minutes. Mr. Berry went out that afternoon to inspect the tree and sent me a quote. The tree was down and gone by the next morning! I didn't know customer service on this level still existed! They'll be the first I call if I ever have another tree issue. Thank you Berry's Tree Pros!
Extremely professional, I called them. They came over the same day and provided an estimate they came out. They trimmed the tree. They picked up and cleaned the whole area and hauled off all the tree limbs. I highly recommend them.

I was referred to oak grove family dentistry for a root canal and I was nervous! I had an evaluation with Dr. Zac to determine exactly what I needed. He was friendly and easy-going and answered every one of my questions. Still nervous, but in a bit of pain, I made an appointment a couple of weeks later to have the root canal done. Mrs. Carol at the front desk spent some time on the phone walking me through who was available and when (I could only go certain days due to childcare) and even let me know what to expect cost-wise and pain-wise. She was very sweet. And Dr. Meredith was AMAZING! It was like having work done by a friend. She made sure I was comfortable, explained everything as she was doing it, and checked on how I was feeling every step of the way. The procedure was not painful at all and I really didn't have any pain afterwards either! They will also work with you on payments, which is fantastic. Nobody loves going to the dentist, but these guys made everything so easy. I definitely recommend them!

Was a customer at a nearby veterinarian for many years. Had my pup boarded over a 4 day weekend, and my pup had just been bathed when I picked her up. Asked why and they informed me that she has congestive heart failure and they bathed her due to her having a bad bowel mvmt due to ker organs shutting down. ? I brought my lil girl to Mrs Brenda, and she informed me that she had a severe heart murmer and with the right medications she would have several more years. That's been over a year ago and my lil guard dog is still sleeping on our heads at night. Dr Brenda and her group are amazing, I wish I would have made the move many years ago!

They are extremely attuned to the cat psyche and are very willing to take extra steps to connect with these patients. I have not found this to be true ANYWHERE else. Felines are not canines. They need vets to understand their specific needs. Though TOWN AND COUNTRY ANIMAL HOSPITAL care for many types of animals, they definitely have a knack for the cats!!!
I never expected my emergency visit to end in making the decision to let my kitty baby go ... the staff was kind and answered all of my questions and were so patient with me the whole time ... they explained the whole process and what to expect ... it was the hardest day of my life, but their kindness made it somewhat easier. I know they did everything they could for him.
They sent the sweetest card a few days later with his little paw prints. I will cherish them forever.
And thank you to Wendy for talking to me on the phone afterward and making me feel more at peace with the decision that was made. It takes a special kind of person to do the work they do day in and out.
Dr Christine Gibson, although retired, is the very best Vet I've ever known. She literally saved my fur babie 'Willie' when there was little hope for his recovery. It's very assuring that the Drs at the Pet Hospital on Gandy have two nieces of Dr Gibson. I'm sure that they were mentored by Dr Gibson who is THE BEST. One of my Italian Greyhounds will be having surgery next week and I am 100% confident that the surgery will have a good outcome.
They gave us excellent service. My dog had a serious medical emergency and the empathy, kindness, and thoroughness they had made a scary situation much more manageable. The care we received was reassuring. Every single person we interacted with was great, but I’d especially like to say our vet tech (who unfortunately I did not get her name, but she had blonde hair and seemed young) was one of the best I’ve ever had. Her and our vet, Dr. rossum (sp?) explained everything clearly and had a genuine interest in helping us much as they could. They have earned our trust and we will be coming here from now on.
I love how the staff and doctors treat my pet like he belongs to them! They love and care about my dog and that makes me a very satisfied client!

Tammy met me at the door and said, "Camille, I've been waiting for you!" It was such a defining moment for me because of the isolation of quarantine and the past couple years battling postpartum...it turned a light on inside me like, "Yes! Someone is happy to see me. I'm welcome in this space!" The Beginners Class was beautiful. It didn't feel like "exercise" like some yoga classes can feel, but like a real spiritual environment that cultivates peace and well-being. It was such a homey and community atmosphere. No competition. No comparison. Just love and acceptance. What a dear blessing for Hattiesburg. I can't wait to go back!
