Town & Country Veterinary Clinic provides a great atmosphere with a friendly and caring staff who treat pets like their own. They have a dedicated group of people working there who truly care about the well-being of pets. The clinic offers excellent care, impressing clients from the moment they walk in. Dr. Beacham and his staff have been especially wonderful as pets age and develop more health needs, showing compassion and professionalism. The staff is highly recommended for all veterinarian needs and is very responsive to clients' questions. Even clients traveling from out of state have found the clinic accommodating, as they were able to get immediate care for their puppy's ear infection. The clinic even scheduled a follow-up appointment to ensure the pet was well before heading home.
This is the only Vet I've ever used for my fur baby and will always be my vet of choice. Dr. Beacham really cares for the customer's fur babies and his sincere efforts in treating my dog, Chase, were commendable. Chase had a spinal injury and Dr. Beacham provided great care and made this uncertain and scary situation possible for a full/healthy recovery- and for that, I'm forever grateful for Dr. Beacham and his staff.
Dr Woody has been my regular vet since we moved here 3 years ago and has always been awesome with my 2 Shih-Tzus. My mom's dog has been having a skin issue for awhile and she hasn't been able to get him checked out at home, so while she is down for a visit we were able to get an appointment for today. He just went above and beyond with his customer service and was so patient, gentle and explained everything so well. He cut her dog's nails and mom was worried that he was gonna freak out and her dog didn't make a peep. The front desk staff and everyone I've ever dealt with in this office has always been super nice and helpful.
Dr. Beacham and his staff have provided excellent care over the lifespan of my pet. They have been especially wonderful as my dog has gotten older and has more health needs. Always very responsive, compassionate, caring and professional.
