We went by the store on Hwy 49 many, many times, and the staff was ALWAYS so friendly, kind, and patient. We decided on flooring and set up the installation. EVERYTHING went smoothly and as they promised. Our installer Mr Scott was wonderful to us; always on time and always willing to do anything to help make this process work. Could not be happier with Floor Trader!!!!!!
