We went by the store on Hwy 49 many, many times, and the staff was ALWAYS so friendly, kind, and patient. We decided on flooring and set up the installation. EVERYTHING went smoothly and as they promised. Our installer Mr Scott was wonderful to us; always on time and always willing to do anything to help make this process work. Could not be happier with Floor Trader!!!!!!

Terry and I met with Sean Pitalo and found a wood floor that matched our existing wood floor for another room, and a beautiful back splash for the kitchen. The installer Jason and his crew did a wonderful job and did a few other carpet projects while they were their from previous installed carpet that needed to be redone. Great job and service !!! I while use them on my next house to come. Thanks Charles & Terry
