Jennifer is fantastic. I call ahead and schedule for her every time I am in town. She does a great job each and every time she cuts my hair. I have gone from long hair (over the shoulder) and beard trims . Back to short almost back to my military days and beard trims. She picks up on what I am describing and works her magic. She is 100 percent professional and just a good conversationalist. So every visit is a pleasure. I can make the appointment, go in and walk away extremely pleased with the work she does every time. The overall atmosphere and quality of the shop is fantastic.

I took my 2 year old grandson for his haircut. I’ve been putting it off because I knew it was gonna be an ordeal. He doesn’t do well with people messing with his hair or the sound of clippers. I had him sit on my lap so I could help keep him still and to reassure him it was gonna be ok. Francis was AMAZING! She knew how to keep him calm and content through the entire hair cut. When the clippers came out he did start to cry but Francis let him touch them and hold them so he could see there was nothing wrong it scary about them. She wiped his tears and did her job.
