“We brought our Australian Shepherd in today for a basic groom. No major cuts, just trims. They sent her back looking like a corgi. She looks RIDICULOUS! Her fur is uneven, she has no looms, they completely shaved her legs and backend area. Ears are cut down short and uneven. Have they no concept of what an Aussie is supposed to look like? We are so dissatisfied. What a waste of money.“
