The registration representative, Tiffany, is wonderful, helpful, polite, and professional. She makes visitors feel welcome and taken care of, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. The nurses and nurse practitioners, including Jennifer, have been praised for their ability to identify and address medical issues, as well as their reassuring and teaching nature. Although wait times can be long when the clinic is busy, the staff is friendly and works in a timely manner. Patients have expressed appreciation for the professionalism and attentiveness of the entire team, making visits comfortable and enjoyable. Many have had positive experiences and would highly recommend this clinic for its excellent service and care.
I have always had the best experience here!! Unfortunately, my kids are young and seem to get sick all the time but these people are always here, in a great mood, and give us the best service. I can't speak on how much I truly appreciate everyone here!
