They left a voicemail telling me that they couldn’t charge my card on file. I called back and the person on the phone checked my account said everything was good. Few months later I get a collections letter saying I owe them. I called them again and as soon as I start explaining I received the letter they would hang up on me. Now they won’t even answer.
