Received amazing service today from Graystone Locksmith. I locked my keys in my car with no back up set. I was given prompt and service from my initial phone call to the office and from my Technician, Danny MClain. A very stressful situation as I work in a Military Installation with Graystone the ONLY Locksmith willing to come on the base! I cannot thank them enough and will be singing their praises to my coworkers, Family and Friends!
I had a key that was difficult to duplicate. Ace Hardware referred me to Graystone Locksmith. When I arrived I gave Andrea the key and when she returned she said “I hope this works and I’m not going to charge you for it.” I insisted on paying her but she refused. She said when you need another key come see us. This is why we should buy from our local business. She gave me great customer service and a free key. That won’t happen at a big box store. Needless to say I will tell everyone about Graystone and my next key or safe will be purchased there. A+ business and I highly recommend them.
