We are now new customers of Bruce’s A/C heating & Refrigeration, because of the excellent service we received today on short notice!! I can’t say enough about how impressed we were with Bruce and his son, Bruce Jr. They were both very kind and professional. Our AC went out Wedn night and our former repairman didn’t show up yesterday for our appointment, so, we didn’t know who we could get to come on such short notice. I had seen his name mentioned by friends on Facebook a while back and had jotted his name and number down, just in case. I highly recommend Bruce's AC Heating and Refrigeration. You won't find a more honest or dependable company. Bruce came out today on short notice after my central AC unit went out. He was professional and courteous as he worked up estimates-- for repair and for a new unit. I opted for new since the old unit is 18 years old. He'll be back tomorrow to install it. He even went out and bought a small window unit and returned a bit ago to install it for me. A loaner, which I definitely appreciate. I just can't say enough good things about Bruce!
Very knowledgeable and informative when fixing our a.c. Knew what he was talking about and was more than happy explaining everything we had questions about. Was straight to the point and never tried to give us a run around! 10/10 recommend!
