Honey..Kristy..and Mallory gave me the BEST customer service!
I called from Memphis to order a (Mother's Day) flower arrangement for my granny. These 3 ladies were so very KIND, PATIENT, and EFFICIENT!! Mallory and Kristy gave quotes/ sent pictures, while Honey very politely answered additional questions/ took my payment, as well. Good customer service is very rare these days. So I don't take any of it for granted, especially during such a busy time. Once again, thank you all so very much, and I look forward to using you again.

I ordered sympathy flowers from out of state and the staff was extremely helpful in picking out the arrangement for me for a military funeral. I called the next day to ask if a red, white, and blue ribbon could be added and to my surprise-they had already done it! They were even kind enough to text me a picture of the bouquet since I am unable to attend the service. Thank you so much!
Honey did an incredible job on a spray I ordered for a loved one’s funeral … She was very patient and kind as I described what I would like it to look like and as I asked for specific flowers and also asked that certain flowers NOT be used.. It was like she was in my head, “seeing” what I hoped the finished arrangement would look like… I asked her to send me a pic of it when she finished it.. she did… It was just exactly what I had envisioned .. Honey is super talented and gifted , not only in floral arrangement, but also in her ability to “hear” what a customer is asking for and in her attention to the details as well as her people skills ..
