They did an amazing job. The owner himself ANSWERED the phone and showed up to do the work. He was super nice and friendly and very intelligent. He’s down to earth and showed me different things on how a unit is supposed to work. He checked everything on the unit even after he fixed it. And I’m the type I don’t won’t future problems. I will suggest him to everyone in the area. I called them expecting next day service, but nope he was there within an hour. Fabulous job. 10 stars
I woke up in the morning sweating with my home AC not working properly. I called Duke at about 7:30 am and by 8:30 they had it blowing cold again. I couldn't have asked for faster or better service. Highly recommend.
