Went multiple times to make sure I found the proper fit in contacts . After I found the proper fit , I said I’d like to order these , she said she’d get that put in and they’d call when they arrived . I called two times today with no answer, I then drove to office and waited ten minutes to be told they never ordered them . She said I had to pay first \ I would have gladly paid the day she said she would place the order … so I’m ordering my own now … look ahead Optixs from this point forward.

From the first call in making a new patient appointment to getting fitted for new contacts and glasses the experience was great! Everyone was so patient and caring throughout the entire process!

One of the best eye doctors I’ve been to. The atmosphere is very friendly. They always laugh and smile. They are so helpful. The eye doctor is so full of life. I’ve enjoyed each visit.
