Kirk Brothers need to work on customer service and providing service they pretend to have available. They offer service that’s not available at the time of service. It’s all ways an excuse for not accommodating you at the time. The excuse of not having time or the guys are behind. What about providing service so that customers can refer others to their place of business. I will not.
I was in a tough spot. In the woods hunting, 4 hours drive from my home. The starter went out on my Ford truck. The Ford dealership said they couldn’t get to me. The GM dealership set me up with a tow truck and got me into their dealership. The Service Manager Tonya, went above and beyond knowing my circumstances. She got a starter from a local parts store and got me back on the road. 5 stars easily!!
Where do I begin. The customer service was stellar from the time I walked in distressed about a noise that sounded dire to the very last walk to my car upon completion of service.Tonya Mullen, the service manager was awesome. Not only did she provide the best customer service, she made me feel comfortable and confident about every concern.Additionally, every person I met in the service area was just as friendly with all smiles and great conversation.Thank You for changing the course of my day. I look forward to continued service with you.
