I visited this spa today for a facial. The lady that did my massage was good and very personable. I had ABSOLUTELY no complaints with her. However, the front desk staff is a different story. I felt that she tried to “STONG ARM,” me into giving a larger tip for the service that was rendered. I did leave a substantial tip because again, the lady that did my massage was WONDERFUL. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.

The front desk staff was nice and friendly, she made a suggestion that we get the custom massage because it would be tailored to our needs and included hot stones and deep tissue. My massage was an oily rub down with hot stones rubbed on my limbs for a minute or two. There was no intentional deep tissue work and I'm not sure the therapist really knew how to do that kind of work. If I hadn't spent over $200 on a massage it might've been relaxing, but as I started to realize I was just getting slathered with oil and not really having my muscles worked on, I found it hard to relax.

I got a massage Tuesday I asked Justin if he worded on TMJ he said no, he massage me at the base of my right skull, since then it is still sore in that area radiates into both my jaws arethrobbing and aches.Plus increase pain in my lower back which is a specific area he worked on, very painful today. Worst massage I’ve ever had. It’s unbelievable the pain and discomfort I’m in. Don’t know how a massage could be so painful and not be done intentional.I thought I had TMJ apparently I didn’t, but I do now. How did that happen?
