Charged 240 for 10 minutes of work. 125 for an hour of work unless he picks up a tool. It was 75 extra for him to use a hand auger because evidently the hourly charge doe not cover him working at all. 4 weeks and no receipt. Hidden charges around every corner. This place is a complete scam. I was also charged for using a credit card when I pain in cash with no receipt

Our AC unit went down and I called Simpson AC and they responded quickly and had all the parts on the truck to get us back running.
