Came across this wholesaler while searching for a specfic hard-to-find item. I had never heard of them before, but they had the item I was looking for at the best price. After doing a bit of research, I felt reasonably confident that they were a legitimate site, so went ahead and placed an order. My order shipped the same day, traveled several states, yet still managed to be delivered less than 48 hours after ordering. Items were well packaged and exactly as pictured/described on the website. Very happy with purchase. Would definitely recommend this retailer!

I purchased Lil Woodzeez Chipmunk family for my daughter. However, I received the Squirrel family. Upon informing TMI Gifts of the incorrect item received, they immediately responded and told me to keep the incorrect item and they would send the correct item right away. I received the correct item a few days later. They provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store.

shipping took forever! but that seems to be pretty common these days. products were great good quality! when I called to check on delivery status their customer service lady was sooo nice and answered all of my questions she even called me back to give me an update. I recommend this place
