i live in new orleans. They take care of me and my brother every year. We send flowers to our family graves at Mt Pleasant. Never have to worry about quality or delivery. reasonable prices. as my parents would say,"they are good people"

I am shocked about how good the quality, speed and service of this place is. The staff are all friendly local people who seem to really love their jobs. I can tell because they seem happy for me to do business there, instead of being grouchy and letting me know they're doing me a favor.

6/18/21- we ordered flowers and needed them delivered same day. I was a little hesitant after reading other reviews and I'm out of state and so there was no way to pick these myself. I wanted to avoid using national delivery services due to the high service charges. I noticed Sheila's had a website, but when I called and spoke to the store, I was told that those were examples, but there was no guarantee that those are the flowers that would be used. I opted to give them the dollar amount I wanted to spend, listed a few types of flowers that I would like to be used and asked that they would text me a picture of the final product. I was very pleased with the outcome. The flowers were very nicely done and delivered a few hours later. I honestly was a little surprised at the price versus what you got for your money and maybe I'm completely off base. The first time I called I was quoted a delivery fee of $7. I spent $130 total and thought the arrangement would be a little bigger, but a number of things can impact that. I would do business with Sheila's again and am thankful that they were able to help me so quickly.
