CJ Heckard from the Flowood branch was great to work with. Made the process smooth. Was very prompt and helpful. On my next rental I will be definitely giving him a call. Zach Miller the mechanic that came out was also prompt and helpful. Pretty much no down time. Both were very professional. Made the rental flawless.

Extremely pleased with level of service provided. CJ H*****d at the Jackson branch was extremely helpful, goes above and beyond. In some cases your rates are higher than other rental options, but the level of service I have received from this branch is worth it. Even the repair technician sent out on a previous rental was amazing. I will continue to use and recommend this branch and contacting CJ with my rental needs.
