Came in to try a class and it so happened to be with Ann, she's an amazing instructor. The class was level 1 yoga and it was really enjoyable. I will be stopping by here any chance i get.
Very friendly and nice place for yoga! This is my first place that I tried Yoga and I had great experience. Made me enjoy Yoga †!! Clean place. They have equipment/maps and everything available for you to use. Staffs are friendly.
Not many places open for yoga on Sunday's in Jackson, MS...but as an out if town traveler I was impressed with the facilities - including the sunny open room. All mats and props newer and couldn't help myself for jumping in the shower - feels like a spa. Hope to catch one of Tara's classes next time I am back in town. And get this, I leave a pair of glasses in the locker room and they find them for me and mail to me for free! Good karma. Good people.
