We arrived at church and found a leaking water pipe had soaked a large area of our church. Hunter with ServiceMaster answered our call for help on Sunday morning and promptly had a group of technicians and equipment onsite to access the situation and begin the water removal and cleanup. Ethan and the crew checked for moisture, removed the baseboards, and drilled holes as needed to gain access to some of the wet areas. Ethan sketched out a floor plan and measured the affected areas. They vacuumed up the water from the tile floors and extracted water from the carpeted areas. Reached out to Servicemaster to have my HVAC system cleaned along with the ducting for my home….the guys were very knowledgeable and did a thorough job of cleaning the system and duct work! Highly recommend these guys!
We were so impressed with the service and efficiency of ServiceMaster. We had a water leak in our basement, and they were at our house within 30 minutes!
