When we pulled in the parking lot was empty, we hoped that meant we just caught the facility at a slow time and we would be in and out quick. Once we walked in we were handed a clip board and my husband was told to give his ID and insurance card to get checked in. Next thing we know they tell us that we will get a bill mailed to us with the cost of service rather than being informed upfront what would be covered by our insurance. They ask him if he would like tests ran he said no only for them to tell him he needed a strep test to be sure. Poorest healthcare I’ve ever received. I knew I had a severe sinus infection and went in for treatment. I had symptoms of thick green mucus, severe headaches and drainage. The NP shrugged it off while not even looking in my throat and ears to check. She wouldn’t give me antibiotics, told me it was probably allergies and practically shewed me out. I immediately went to Trustcare where the doctor looked in my throat and ears and immediately saw I had a severe infection. I ended up having to get an antibiotic shot and steroid which didn’t clear it up because it was so bad and had to take oral antibiotics for a week before getting better.
