I was extremely pleased with the service provided today (11/01/2024) by Firestone employees at the Lakeland Dr./Hwy 25 (135 E Pinewiew Dr-Flowood) location! I witnessed friendly and courteous attitudes and an appearance of a genuine desire to help their customers.
Stanley was extremely helpful as well as the rest of the staff I interacted with!

I had a leak in a tire and took my car to another auto care facility and was told the tire could not be repaired. I took the car to Firestone and they fixed the leak and the repair is still holding air.

Roger is a great service manager. I really appreciate him and Cynthia. They are so attentive and compassionate when it comes to service. I've been to different service centers and they are awesome.
