The customer service was amazing. My first unit did not curl up like it was supposed to. I reached out to her, she replaced it with no problems. This second unit is EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I GOT so many compliments on it. The hair is soft, it doesn't shed. I will definitely buy more units from her. The customer service alone is a reason to go back. Thank you so much.
