Everyone here is so kind and thorough! I would highly recommending them to be your first stop when anything goes wrong with your pet! They are amazing and I expected nothing less from a program out of Mississippi State!
Honestly a great place. I came in and I was in an anxiety driven Ahole mindset ,lol and they still went above and beyond about everything, payment treatment and catering to my needs. Super thankful and I know Lexi is too. Thank yall
Five stars across the board! If you want an establishment that is professional, kind, experienced and patient; then you MUST go to Animal Emergency & Referral Center. A few days ago, there was a customer who treated the staff horrendously. I'm not sure if the woman was having a bad day, a bad year or just an evil spirited woman who had a deeply rooted "personal issue."
The staff at Animal Emergency & Referral Center handled the disrespectful woman with more grace and patience than I ever could have. Anyone who can deal with someone like this can certainly deal with innocent animals any day of the week. Fantastic job Animal Emergency... read full review
