“I received excellent treatment as a new patient. All were warm and friendly. The one who was especially awesome was Jasmine. When I first went to pick up my new glasses, someone had put my name on someone else's order. Wrong glasses. She looked everywhere, and mine couldn't be found. Poor girl was nervous and possibly the victim of too many "Karens" because she looked like she wanted to cry. I told her it was fine. Things happen, and no big deal. She spoke with the manager, and she agreed to reorder them if they couldn't be found. Well, they were found/came in today. Jasmine called, but I couldn't make it over due to transportation. Instead of me having to wait to get them, this lovely, kind young lady delivered them to me. She was thanking me for being nice, but I think she's exceptional for doing that for me on her own time.BY THE WAY, THEY HAVE MOVED TO 3430 BIENVILLE BLVD. Their entrance is in back of the building and is well marked.“
“These wonderful (and I mean it!) eye doctors work in both Ocean Springs and at their Biloxi clinic, so I'm very familiar with their work and quick (soothing) results. I also got LASIK from Dr. Bahadur and have 2020 vision now. My family goes to them and we all are so pleased. I agree - the best on the coast! (They also have a Gulfport clinic.)“

“Had an appointment 1-14-2021at the Ocean Springs, MS location.1) Staff very professional. During these times, took our info and temp at the door, protocol I know. She ushered us in and told the desk clerk that I was there. (My husband was there in case I was dilated, which I was)2) We arrived 30 minutes early because I'm a new patient and they have no patient history on me. Upon check-in, I was given the paperwork and proceeded to fill it in. 3) I was called back about 15 minutes prior to my appointment for the pre-lims. After that, I was put into an exam room so that I could wash my hands, remove contacts, and settle in.4) Optech came in, we discussed my history, everything was going along nicely.I bet by now you're expecting this to go awry...no instead, it got better...The Dr. Karina Moore-Massey came in and we continued the exam. She was thorough ,enough so to pick out a VERY large discrepancy from my current RX from a previous dr. and corrected it immediately. She answered my questions, dilated my eyes, and gave me good news that my eyes for my age (59) are still so healthy.I have 2 great reviews for this business...(1)would return and (2)recommend to anyone. I'm a Navy Veteran that was "outsourced" to this establishment and can see I was very pleased. This was the Ocean Springs location and although all locations are owned by the same person, the staff can have differences.“
“I don’t know why the bad reviews. I showed up and the staff was there promptly. They were able to ensure that my insurance was able to cover my son’s visit. The prices for eyeglasses and the transitional lenses are very affordable.“
