Terrible - Had the misfortune to deal with Kevin Kulpeksa of Coldwell Banker Nay St Louis. Very u professional and unethical. I would discourage anyone looking to purchase or sell a home to not have Kevin Kulpeska as a agent.
Alfonso Property Management handle many of my rentals and I am very satisfied with their service. They have a friendly staff, they keep good records and provide me with end of the year statements for my taxes.
As a tenant with Alfonzo for the last 5 years, I can only say that it was nothing short of a wonderful experience. Kristyn and her staff are professional, kind, and very responsive. I could always count on them no matter the issue, whether I locked myself out of the house, or couldn’t get my garbage disposal to work they always answered the call it a great attitude and respect. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent from or needing a property manager for their home. Thank you so much Alfonzo, I wish you all the success.
