Mr. Birge is the epitome of professional. He came to give the quote at the scheduled time. He knew exactly what we wanted done and gave a fair price. His men showed up on site in the morning and went straight to work. The parts and equipment were all in hand and the gravel and tank showed up on time like an assembly line. They Pumped and ripped the old systems out, and installed the new system exactly as asked by three pm with an hour lunch break in the middle. 1 day job and our Septic Treatment Plant was replaced with new. Mr. Birge was also very patient and understanding of a bank funds snafu that neither one of us could have really anticipated. Five stars!!!

Mr birge came out to look at job and bid me 500 dollars. I told him to give me a few weeks to afford the job and he was fine with that. Called him to do job last week and he said he would be here Tuesday or Wednesday of this week.i call him Monday morning for confirmation and he said he would call me back.he lied.called him on Tuesday he said he would come out.he lied again. It is now Friday and he is still a no call and no show. Please save yourself the time and grief by finding someone else to do your plumbing.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THEM. Called them to unclog our sewage drain. Said they would call when they were on their way---never happened. They showed up and stood around until my boyfriend found and dug up our main line because they "couldn't find it." They then proceeded to hammer into our concrete main line and busted two 6 inch holes in it. Did they unclog the drain? No. We had to call water company for them to come unclog it. They said that they would come back tomorrow (today) to come repair it and that they would call us with a quote as to what it would cost....... when they were the ones to take a hammer to it and make our situation worse. They tore up our yard with holes and didn't fill them back up and left our busted pipe exposed for the rain last night. Did they ever call or show up today? No. The ONLY thing this company did was bust our pipe in two places, tear up our yard with holes, make our situation worse, and stand around. Oh, and they also charged us $350 to do that. Called the owner today at 2:30pm to see if he was still going to come by and to explain what his workers did and he showed no sign of remorse and said that we would still be responsible for fixing the damage that they made. This is by far the sorriest excuse for a plumbing company I've ever come across. We are currently out here fixing the problem they made ourselves because we're afraid they'll only cause more damage--- picture included for proof.
