Jeffery was the service person. Had him last. Year as well. Very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Found the problem quick and got it cooling. Advised me of some problems on my older unit and told me to keep an eye on some things. Weathers is a good company and stands behind their product snd service. Ashley is so helpful when you call in for service.
