I recommend that they start using pipe wrenches and adjustable wrenches when putting together water line fittings. Teflon tape helps also. There's nothing wrong with plumbers putty either. But plumbers putty and 2 pair of channellock pliers just don't cut it. I just finished fixing a water leak yall left for me. yall have a good day. Hope you never leave another customer like you did me.
