Went to Fast Pace today due to “another” urgent care not having a practitioner on duty. Rachel is the epitome of Excellent Patient Care. She is one of the most caring NP’s I have ever come across. Angela, NP was amazing! She treated me quickly and listened to all I had to say. I was in and out quickly. Had a great experience.
I went in on Saturday feb 1st. My spot was reserved online for 1225. I ended up being late (sick kids) and they still worked me in at my same spot. I had a little bit of a wait (roughly an hour and half) but there were ALOT of patients and only one provider (who, not to mention, had a sick grandma who was just placed on hospice. Instead of her taking the whole day off to be with her grandmother, she spent most of her day caring for sick patients.. she’s amazing!!) Everyone was so friendly and apologized for my wait all the way from the receptionist Taylor to the LPN (I didn’t catch her name) that brought me in the back to the NP Angela. The LPN was very thorough in her assessment of me and was prepared to go ahead and swab for flu strep and Covid based on my symptoms. She then let me know how long the tests took to result and told me the provider would be in afterwards.. Angela np was also very thorough in her assessment, she listened to me when I told her what worked for me most of the time to get me well and she explained meds/foods I should avoid while sick. I was very impressed and will use this clinic as my preferred urgent care for myself and my children!! Thanks Fastpace Columbus!!
