We have used Columbus Optical for years and absolutely love their staff and service! Our kids go through glasses and are often needing new frames. Josh and the crew always work their magic to make sure we are taken care of and at the best prices! Today, they stayed a few minutes after closing to make sure my son’s glasses were fixed and fit well and I couldn’t have been more grateful for their help! We will always recommend them for anyone with optical needs!!

I called on a Friday afternoon after I had stepped on my glasses, and they told me,”Come on by!”
I did not purchase my glasses from them, but they worked on them any way. They fixed them in less than 15 minutes, and I wasn’t even charged for their work. They gave me wonderful customer service the entire time, too! 10/10 recommend!!!

Came in to get see if they could fix my frames. Josh and Jared were able to fix them and save me from having to go buy new glasses. Amazing place, with an amazing Staff and selection of Glasses!
