The Winning Smile Dental Group

Today was my first visit, and it was a positive experience. The office environment was very welcoming. Staff seemed to work as a team. Everyone (i.e., receptionist, hygienist, dentist, insurance person) was very pleasant, professional, and patient. I am pleased with the quality care and attention that I received.

The Winning Smile team (Clinton, Ms) is honestly the best group of professionals that I have had the pleasure of interacting with. Starting with the receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of being cared for (thoroughly) by Jessica (Dental Hygienist). She was friendly, considerate and very informative. I was extremely nervous but she made me feel very comfortable. She will definitely be my “go-to hygienist” in the future. Dr. Ashcraft (Dentist) was by far, my biggest surprise! I Loved the atmosphere, everyone was nice, they took time to explain everything to me. I was satisfied with my overall experience. However this office is petty as hell. They billed my insurance for a consultation then advised me that there was a balance due of 98.00. Not took touched my mouth every was viewed from those fancy TV in the ceiling my point is they charge insurance hundreds of dollars and then sent a bill of 49.00 to collections it probably cost them more to pay the company to collect.
