First time taking our puppy there. Everyone were courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and explained all procedures. They made sure we were taken care of from the time we entered the door until we left. Thanks Dr. Loyd and staff.

Affordable and clear with procedures. It started with getting flea meds for my dog to a BNT for an ear infection to puppy check up for a new pup. Excellent service and excellent pricing and even better communication. Love this place!

These guys deserve ALL the donuts!! They have always been wonderful to our furbabies, with consideration for my fixed VA income. Today I brought them donuts because they went well beyond expectations to help my friend’s 13 year-old diabetic kitty that I evacuated for Ida. Highly recommended.
