I've used Deluxe A/C repair multiple times in the past fifteen years, and the latest visit on 06/12/2023 was $500.00 more than Air & Cooler, LLC and they wanted a $90.00 service charge for even showing up without touching the A/C unit. Charged me for parts I didn’t need. Owner is very rude instead of him coming out he smarted off he guess if it goes down again I will stay on the phone with the tech 2-3 hours to try to get it fixed. Also told me after there 2 nd time out if it goes down again call us and we will immediately come back. It went down at 5:45 Monday afternoon and I called and his Tech told me it will be in the morning before I can come. I told him that is not what you told me when you left and I let you know I had company in out of town and it is hot. He then said I will put you on the list in the morning at 8:00 after I was already charged a weekend service fee. Poor service. No customer... read full review

Last week our gas furnace went out right before we were forecast to have a hard freeze overnight. We called Deluxe AC & Heat and they were able to come out the same day. The man had us back up and running within minutes! We highly recommend them!!Service: Heating system repair
