“I visited the clinic today and nothing short of amazing from the customer service and care especially considering I was a walk-in. The wait was not long at all and every staff member was friendly and helpful. The staff was knowledgeable regarding co-pays and explaining warranties/fees. I am really pleased and enjoyed my visit today. I usually go to the location in Byram but this Jackson staff was phenomenal. I love? good customer service, if I could tip I would lol Shoutout to Dr. Bullin and the entire staff. 10 out of 10 recommend ??Sincerely,A happy customer ?“

“My sister flew in for a visit on a Monday by that Sunday morning before day she woke up and couldn’t see out of her right eye. We rushed her to MS Baptist Hospital and that’s when met Dr. Jay Brown. We had a week long visit visit with him. I’m telling he came straight to see us in his building on that Sunday. From then on he was always prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He was a great doctor that cares about his patients, sat and explained everything throughly to us and her options. She felt so comfortable with Dr. Brown.
