Even though I didn't speak much as I'm not fond of small talk, they were very friendly to everyone in their shop while I was there. The ladies weren't too formal or too casual, they were amazing. I loved my haircut and I reccomend them to anyone lookig for a new cut. I had a photo reference and they were completely right on-the-dot. I'm 17 and I can say they don't just do basic old cuts. When I go to visit Kelly, she always does an immaculate job on my hair! She has transformed my brown hair into beautiful blonde hair with cool undertones. The shop has a great, relaxing environment, and the staff possesses exceptional skills. I would rate 10/10 but it only allows 5 stars. If you are in the area or are looking for a new business to service your hair care needs, I HIGHLY recommend Headquarters!

Kelly is the best, we see her every Friday and she preforms her magic . Well done Kelly how you put up with us I will never know, but I am so happy I walked in that day and you were in between customers. Now we are a regular thing.
