Today is day 21 that our home has had no heat because these folks pay more attention to those who pay more. Not at all happy that we have had to depend on space heaters because these folks can't even come by to see what the problem is. We will be working on finding someone else. 1/8/26 Today is day 27 that we have had no heat. These folks still have not bothered to even come by to see what the problem is. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau tomorrow. we are senior citizens. I do not feel like this business is worth 2 cents. 1/10/26 Today has been 30 days that this company has not bothered to fix our heating problem. It's going to be in the 30's tonight and the 20's tomorrow night. Guess we will see if they care. I suggest this company get off their butts and do what they are supposed to do.
All three of my units went out after 22 years. One call to Air and Heat Service company and they had me three new units installed and my house cool again. Stewart, Brad, Steve and Christi are really passionate about taking care of customers and making them feel like family. The installers were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company to everyone for your heating and air needs. They are reasonably priced. Thank you again Air and Heat!!! They are the best.
We unfortunately lost our HVAC system to a lightning strike. We knew summer was quickly approaching and needed our repairs done quickly. Stewart and Brad got to work immediately working to restore our unit and got us back up and running. They showed up when they said they would be there, very respectful, and went way beyond for our family. It really shows that they have years and years of experience in this area, which is vital!
