I felt obligated to leave a review, this place is awesome. I had post surgical nerve issues that was misdiagnosed and not improving with traditional physical therapy. Synergy not only identified the problem, but came up with a plan to get me back to competing in my chosen endeavor in a matter of months. This place is a difference maker in helping me achieve my health, wellness, and athletic goals.

This has been a life saver for my TMJ. They are very kind, compassionate and provide amazing solutions. Dominique and Madison are in credible. Very grateful for the services they provide. I had no idea this type of facility existed. They have locations at the reservoir and Madison. Rating 10 plus plus.

I went here for PT after a torn meniscus. Aaron and the rest of the staff were so helpful and so skilled. They had me back to full function in a very short period of time. I always felt very welcome and at home there. I will definitely go back to Synergy if I ever have any issues.
