Professional Eyecare Associates is praised for its friendly and courteous staff, who are very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The doctors are caring, patient, and take the time to answer questions and explain everything clearly. The office has a good selection of frames and contact lenses. They are a very sweet bunch of ladies who make you feel more like family and genuinely provide assistance with helping you see the world better. After your exam, they send you to look at frames and explain exactly what insurance covers. They are kind, caring, and patient, ensuring all needs are met.
I saw Dr. Anh Giang Edwards. It was my first visit. She is very well trained and she was very thorough in explaining my eye problem to me. I will go back to get my annual eye exam and glasses. I would recommend to anyone who seeks a professional atmosphere and outstanding service beginning with knowledgeable people answering the phone. Thank you!
The staff are very nice & professional. After your exam, they send you to look at frames. The lady helping me told me exactly what my insurance covered, how much they allowed on each thing, (frames, lenses etc.) and gave me choices of extras but didn’t push anything on me. They shot you a text when they come in and you go pick them up at your convenience. That’s it! I’m not sure of the Dr.s name that I see, but she is so good & patient.
