Charles is amazing and knowledge. and super friendly. My kids get super excited to see him. And he keeps at it until the problem is finished. I can't tell you how many trips he's made to our house sometimes multiple trips in a day due to us catching. This includes one trip at 8:30 at night while we huddled in the van waiting, several weekend trips, and even a holiday one today as he raced by heading out of town. You want someone who will do it right, tell you when to spend and when it's not worth it, and to come do the dirty work for you (I mean he may laugh at you in the process but it's all in good fun) then Charles is your guy.
do you hear critters in your attic? there is no company better to catch, remove, find house they got in and FIX it.
