I was afraid to get dental implants, however, she collaborated with an oral surgeon for a smooth process and I am thankful she urged me to get them. Referred to this dentist after my dentist retired by the oral surgeon. Her staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I have been a patient since 2019. Best dental clinic and dentist ever! I highly recommend them. Dr Langston is truly the best.“

“THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!I've spent three years trying to find a decent dentist. Until now, the results have always been major upselling, shoddy work, or (dare I say) both! Dental work should solve or prevent issues, not create them. Additionally, patients should never feel like we're helping our dentist make a payment on their new Porsche!Big River Dental did exactly what I needed, and did so with excellence. These guys only charged me what my insurance company recommended, and never tried to upsell me once. They were considerate and well attuned to my needs, all while ensuring that the experience was both positive and comfortable.
