Our tankless water heaters went out during the power outage on 1/16/24 from the winter storm. We left our faucets on and that did not help. When the pipes thawed the water ended up leaking from our ceiling into our living room. All American happened to be working on another house on our street and came over right after to assess the issues and had both of our water heaters replaced in less than 24 hours.
I have used this company for my plumbing needs for the past 4 years. They have responded to me quickly and have repaired my problems on the first trip.
