Called Swinney's after prior HVAC company left unit where it would not run and cool. The Swinney tech identified a bad evaporator expansion control valve and also removed the extra Freon added by the prior company. Unit is running and cooling fine now. Swinney representative also called prior to repair visit and discussed the total repair cost.
